Inquiring minds want to know:

Number of miles driven -- 3025 miles,

Number of miles walked/hiked -- 54.1 miles,

Number of States -- 4 -- LA, TX, NM, and AZ,

Number of National Parks visited -- 5, bringing our total NPs visited ever to 41 out of 63,

Only one new State Highpoint - Guadalupe Peak in Texas, bringing my total to 23 and Betsy's total to 21; Texas' was the highest in elevation for Betsy; my additional two (Oregon and Washington) are taller, 

We listened to three audiobooks while driving/riding; Betsy read another 4 or more books and I read about 1.  Craig Johnson's Walt Longmire series are the best audiobooks to listen to - his dialogue is masterful and match the characters perfectly.  Martin Walker's Bruno mysteries are likewise good.  Donna Leon's Venice Commosario Brunetti was a bit slow but the reader was quite skilled with the Italian words.

Plus, one earthquake -- 5.2 magnitude, epicenter was about 30 miles distance from White's City, NM; caused by fracking on the Permian Basin; occurred at 3:27 am on November 8, 2023.

It was a fun 23-day trip and I now have about 780 new photos, enough to make another photobook.
